Programme Advisor

Roque Alvin Isidro aka Kitt is originally from Manila, Philippines who migrated to Aotearoa in 2009 with his wife and four children.

Kitt holds an Accounting degree and highly experienced in providing business support and advice to top level executives and their teams. He is a tech wiz and a natural problem solver. He is passionate in making things happen and totally committed in helping others and being of service to the community.

He has been with Council since its amalgamation in 2010, initially worked with The Auckland Plan team and later on with the Auckland Design Office (ADO). Kitt joined TSI at the latter part of 2020 as the Business Analyst of Uptempo, leading and managing the CRM and the Digital Equity component of the programme. He also developed key business processes and improvements and played an integral part to the development and completion of the various reporting obligations to council and Uptempo’s external funders.

In mid 2024, he transitioned as the Programme Advisor, working across the department by providing financial and operational advice and developing tools and documentation for the effective management, monitoring and delivery of the TSI portfolio of programmes, projects and initiatives.

Kitt has always been proud to make things happen in the background and being part of TSI, knowing he contributes towards the vision of a prosperous and resilient South and West Auckland where tamariki and whānau thrive!
