‘As is, To be’ card

We describe these cards as the simplest form of prototype we can make of change we want to see in our practice, organisation or community. They are helpful for getting teams to capture concrete examples of how their practice could be different - and are particularly helpful after teams or small groups have been discussing ideas around shifting practice. Once teams have captured the As Is (how things are now) and To Be (what they could be in the future). they can also use the What Do we Need to Do this Work cards - which help them to identify and work through what might help them shift from A>B and what kinds of changes are required.
